Simpler settings. Reliable saves.

0.12.29 · Beta

Set your vendor filters independently.

Set the minimum copper profit to zero to filter by return percentage alone. Vendor settings save when you switch to History, press Enter, or select Save.

  • Fixed percentage settings failing to save with a zero-copper minimum.
  • Cleaner vendor screen with less repeated status text.
  • Existing hunt, purchase history and deferred review features retained.

ZIP contains the addon only. Your account database, logs and saved settings are not included.

Get started

Extract. Reload. Hunt.

Install or update

  1. Exit WoW and extract the ZIP.
  2. Place the ForeverFlip folder inside your client’s Interface/AddOns/ folder.
  3. Start WoW and enable ForeverFlip on the AddOns screen.
  4. Open the AH, choose Buy → Vendor deals, and start the hunt.

Replacing the addon folder preserves your database in WTF/Account/<account>/SavedVariables/. Keep that folder when updating.

Bind your buy key

  1. Open Options → Key Bindings → AddOns → ForeverFlip.
  2. Bind Buy next vendor deal.
  3. Start Vendor Hunt, then press your key when a deal is ready.

Each purchase requires a fresh press. The hunt stops when spendable gold is exhausted. Full-scan pause/resume and uncertain-buy handling are in Settings → Watchlist.

Release notes

What’s in this build

0.12.29 — Zero-copper settings fix
  • Allow zero minimum vendor profit in both settings panels so the return percentage can be used independently.
  • Fix the rejected form save that also discarded percentage edits when minimum copper was zero.
  • Keep the default minimum at 10 copper; negative minimums remain invalid.
0.12.27–0.12.28 — Vendor settings and screen cleanup
  • Save vendor settings when switching to History or pressing Enter.
  • Accept percentage values with an optional % sign and preserve saved percentages across reloads.
  • Reduce repeated explanations and research counters on the vendor screen; show purchase review information when needed.
0.12.26 — Continue hunting with deferred review
  • Default-on setting to log vendor purchase timeouts for later review and continue hunting.
  • Persistent review list with reserved costs and duplicate-item protection.
  • Exact late equipment receipt matching without disrupting the current request.
  • Review count on the vendor screen and individual success/failure recovery.
  • Commodity buying pauses when a prior commodity result is uncertain.
Included improvements from 0.12.22–0.12.25
  • Automatic discovery rotates weapons, armor and stackable crafting trade goods; excludes ammunition, pets, quest pages and other unrelated categories.
  • Buy-key names register at addon load.
  • Optional full scans pause the hunt between requests and restart with fresh searches.
  • No spendable gold stops browsing and hunting.
  • Confirmed item-purchase rejection handling plus better error and receipt diagnostics.
Known limits and validation

All 15 offline Lua fixture test modules passed for this release. Live server behavior can differ. Listing history does not prove sales demand; estimated vendor margins are not realized profits. AH resale calculations include configurable sale fees and a loss reserve, but do not yet accumulate actual deposits lost to repeated reposting. Missing purchase responses remain on the review list until verified.

Only explicitly approved releases are published here. New local development builds do not update this download automatically.
